This sweet and savory dish combines two layers of waffles, a battered and pan-fried “chicken” cutlet, smoky tempeh “bacon”, all smothered in a decadent maple reduction. Served with a side of “sour cream”, fried banana and fresh fruit. We highly recommend this for brunch or any time.

Seasoned tofu scrambled with onions, garlic, peppers, sundried tomatoes, roasted eggplant and marinara sauce. Served with grilled flatbread and a side of kalamata olives.

Large organic flour tortilla filled with spiced sweet potatoes, banana, brown rice, seasoned tofu, chickpea chili, cranberry relish and coconut sauce. Deep-fried to perfection and garnished with tropical fruit salad. Contains coconut milk.

Creamy sweet millet and corn pudding scented with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Served warm with coconut milk, fried banana, pineapple, toasted coconut and roasted cashews.
Home-made cornbread grilled with “butter”
and served with a side of maple syrup.
Organic whole grain bread grilled with “butter” and dusted with cinnamon-sugar. Served with fried banana, orange sections and a side of cream cheeze. Yum!
